Chicken with onion, ginger, fresh mint and house spices. Served with mint yoghurt and chutney.
Slices of beef marinated with ginger, garlic, yoghurt and mixed house spices. Served with a tomato salsa and pineapple chutney.
Whiting or haddock marinated with ginger, garlic, garam masala and gram flour. Fried until golden and served with our homemade sauce.
Mashed potatoes mixed with spices in a samosa dough and deep fried in moderately hot oil. Served with a mint and coriander sauce.
Irish chicken cooked with butter, onions in a tomato cream sauce. Finished with sundried tomatoes.
Lamb cooked with chopped peppers, onions, tomato sauce and house spices. Finished with coriander and spring onion.
Prawns cooked with spinach, tomatoes, onion sauce and spices. Finished with coriander and ginger.
