Slices of beef marinated with ginger, garlic, yoghurt and mixed house spices. Served with a tomato salsa and pineapple chutney.
Whiting or haddock marinated with ginger, garlic, garam masala and gram flour, fried until golden and served with our homemade sauce.
Vegetables marinated in a spiced chickpea flour, deep fried and served with Taza chutney.
Irish chicken cooked with butter, onions, in a tomato cream sauce and finished with sundried tomatoes.
Lamb cooked with chopped peppers, onion, tomato sauce and house spices and finished with coriander and spring onion.
