Important Notice: Gift Voucher Policy

To ensure you have the best experience with our gift vouchers, please take a moment to review our policy regarding physical vouchers purchased in-person at the restaurant.

Protect Your Voucher

Please treat your physical gift vouchers the same as cash. Because these vouchers are not linked to a personal digital account at the time of purchase, we are unable to track or “cancel” them if they go missing.

• No Replacements: Lost, stolen, or destroyed physical vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

• Presentation Required: The original physical voucher must be presented at the time of payment. We cannot accept photos or verbal voucher codes for physical gift cards.

• Keep it Safe: We recommend storing your voucher in a secure place until you are ready to join us for your meal.

Note: This policy applies specifically to physical vouchers bought on-site. If you have purchased a digital gift voucher via our website, your confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase and can be re-sent if necessary.
